What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days unless the item(s) purchased are a pre-order or as dyed to order. These items usually ship with 10-14 business days, specific details can be found in the product details.

Please be sure that your address information is correct before completing checkout, The buyer assumes all responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses and unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Domestic

Orders are shipped using USPS, First Class, or Priority depending on weight. Tracking numbers are provided and ONLY Priority orders have insurance. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. If your package succumbs to any of these unfortunate events, first contact your local post office. International

Orders are shipped using First Class or Priority depending on weight. Tracking numbers are provided, but detailed tracking is only available by choosing Priority. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for any custom or duty fees. We do not have any knowledge of what these might be. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you decide to refuse your package for any reason.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship orders to customers worldwide via USPS.

 

Can I return my order?

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order and be sure to include your order number. Returns are only accepted on yarn in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there was an error on our end. We also reserve the right to collect a 15% restocking fee. Sale items, custom orders and dyed to order purchases are not returnable. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase, refunds will then be given once the return arrives. If you wish to exchange, it is best to purchase the yarn you’d prefer and return the original yarn for a refund.

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

If we made a mistake with your order, all shipping fees, including return shipping will be refunded.

 

Can I place a custom order?

TAY is not taking custom orders at this time.

 

How do I order wholesale?

For information on wholesale fill out a contact form here and please be sure to include your website and any social media (especially Instagram). We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

How do I care for my yarn?

We recommended to hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. Some light bleeding may occur during the first few washes. If working with highly saturated pinks or reds, it is best to avoid working them with pale colors.

 

What do you use to rinse the yarns?

We use an unscented wool wash and or Soak Wash when rinsing our dyed yarns.

 

Can you wind my yarn?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cake yarn at this time.

 

You are sold out of a color I would like, will you dye more?

If the color you’re inquiring about is a regular Twisted Ambitions Yarn colorway, yes we will. Please fill out the contact form for any inquiries.

 

I placed multiple orders, can you combine them?

We aren’t offering combined shipping at this time.
