Wicked Sweet Points Rewards Policy

Effective Date: December 2025

1. Program Overview

The Wicked Sweet Points Rewards Program (“Wicked Sweet Points”) is the loyalty program offered by Twisted Ambitions Yarn to reward and thank our customers for shopping with us.

Members earn points through qualifying purchases and select activities and can redeem those points for discounts on future orders.

By creating an account and participating in the Wicked Sweet Points program, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Eligibility

Wicked Sweet Points is free to join and open to anyone with a registered account on our website, www.twistedambitionsyarn.com.

To earn and redeem points:

  • You must create and log into a customer account.

  • Points are earned and redeemed online only.

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards.

Only one rewards account per person is permitted. Points cannot be transferred, combined, sold, or shared between accounts.

3. Earning Points

Members can earn Wicked Sweet Points through qualifying purchases and approved engagement activities.

Purchases

  • Points are earned for every dollar spent on eligible products.

  • Points are calculated based on the product total only, before shipping and taxes.

  • For discounted items, points are earned on the discounted price, not the original price.

Bonus Activities

From time to time, members may earn bonus points for activities such as:

  • Creating an account

  • Signing up for our email newsletter

  • Following us on social media

  • Adding a birthday to their account

Available activities and point values may change at any time.

4. Redeeming Points

Accumulated points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Reward Values

  • 250 points = $5 off

  • 500 points = $10 off

  • 750 points = $15 off

  • 1,000 points = $20 off

  • 1,250 points = $25 off

  • 1,500 points = $30 off

Redemption Rules

  • A maximum of 1,500 points ($30) may be redeemed per order.

  • Points can only be redeemed on product purchases and cannot be applied to shipping, taxes, or gift cards.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

  • Rewards cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with other promo codes or discounts unless explicitly stated.

  • Birthday rewards are valid for 30 days and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Available reward options will be displayed at checkout.

5. Point Expiration

Wicked Sweet Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. Refunds & Order Adjustments

If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

If a partial refund is issued, points will be adjusted proportionally.

7. Refer a Friend

Members may earn points through our Refer-a-Friend program.

When a referred friend places their first qualifying order using your referral link, you will receive points as a thank-you. Referral rewards and qualifications may change and will be outlined at the time of referral.

Anti-fraud measures are in place to protect the integrity of the program.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Program Changes

Twisted Ambitions Yarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any rewards account suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program.

Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points

  • Abuse of referral rewards

  • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the rewards system

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wicked Sweet Points program, including point values, earning activities, and reward options, at any time without prior notice.

9. General Terms

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • Points cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged.

  • Participation in the program is subject to all applicable laws.

  • Twisted Ambitions Yarn reserves the right to correct errors related to point balances or rewards.

Rewards data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Opting Out of the Rewards Program

Customers are automatically enrolled in Wicked Sweet Points when creating an account.

If you prefer not to participate, please contact us and we will remove your account from the rewards program. Any unused points will be forfeited upon removal.
