- How do preorders work?
Preorders open September 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM CT. Add the Mystery Box to cart and check out like normal. Your order reserves your skein(s) from this limited run.

Exactly one skein of Sweet Sock in a secret Halloween colorway. It’s moodboard-dyed for spooky vibes and remains exclusive to this box for up to one year.
- Can I order more than one skein?
Yes—order one or as many skeins as you’d like. If you order multiples, they’ll be from consistent large batches for dependable quality control (great for bigger projects).
- What base is “Sweet Sock”?
Sweet Sock is our soft, versatile sock/fingering base. 75/25 Superwash Merino/Nylon, ~463 yds / 100 g.
- When will it ship?
We ship in time to knit before Halloween. Your exact shipping window will be posted on the product page and in your confirmation email. You’ll get tracking as soon as it heads out.
- Will my skeins match?
We dye in consistent large batches for reliable color continuity across skeins. (As with all hand-dye, tiny variations are part of the charm—but we aim for project-friendly consistency.)
- Can I combine this preorder with other items?
Yes, but everything will ship together when the preorder is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
- Can I cancel or change my preorder
Preorders are limited; we start dyeing soon after launch. If you need an address change or adjustment, reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and we’ll try to help.
- Returns & exchanges
Because this is a limited, special-order colorway, returns/exchanges are limited. If we made an error or there’s a defect, we’ll make it right—just reach out.
