ONLINE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14-day online return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please be advised that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility except in the case of errors on our part.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at TwistedAmbitionsYarn@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you should then send your items back to our office at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:
Yarn that has already been wound. Sale Items. This includes anything that was purchased during our promotion periods. All sales are final. 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for return/refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  There is a 15% restock/handling fee for each return. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent to you via Paypal or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
